About Me
​My name is Lacy Francis and I am the school counselor at Tournament Hills Elementary. I am married and have two teenage daughters and a 10 year old son. All three attend schools within Beaumont Unified. I believe every student should have the opportunity to learn in an environment that fosters healthy social emotional growth as well as academic achievement. ​During my time at T.H.E. my goal is to teach our students skills that will enable them to develop healthy friendships, manage their emotions, and breakdown barriers that could impact access and involvement in the academic domain, and enable them to be successful members of our school community. I look forward to supporting your students at Tournament Hills Elementary!

Mission Statement
The mission of Tournament Hills Elementary’s School Counseling Program is to provide a comprehensive counseling program that supports the development of positive relationships, social skills, improved academic achievement, and positive self worth. By providing developmentally appropriate, data driven, Tiered interventions, all Tournament Hills Elementary students will receive the support they need to be successful in the areas of academics, social-emotional development and college and career readiness. THE Counseling services will maintain a focus on a shared commitment between home, school, and community.

We strive to provide a comprehensive school counseling program that provides all students with opportunities for Social-emotional learning and growth. We believe that all students can learn and will develop a positive attitude toward learning. Students will be respectful, responsible, and safe at all times.
